Celebrate your next birthday with us at Village Art Studio! We will organise all that’s needed for you and your friends to make a special artwork to take home. We have a selection of creative arty party activities that cater for all ages. Browse our party packages by age below.

We provide a party host, or multiple hosts if required, all the materials, aprons and lead the chosen activity. Best of all, we take care of the creative mess.

Snacks and birthday cake

BYO food, beverages, plates, serving ware, cups, etc., decorations (if required). We will have a covered table for you to set-up

How to book a party

Booking info:

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

  • We will finalise numbers and details one week before your party when the remaining balance will be payable.

Party times & costs:

  • Age 5+ Activities

    1 hour activity + 45 min cake/food total time for party 2hour 
    Base rate $420 for up to  10 guests 
  •  Every additional child $30

  • Group max 20

  • Age 7+ Activities

    1.5 hour activity + 45 min cake/food total time for party 2.5hr

    Base rate $450 for up to 10 guests

  • Every additional child $35

  • Group max is 20.

General info:

  • We will supply a party host, or multiple hosts if required, all materials for activities, cloth covered table for food.

  • BYO food, beverages, plates, serving ware, glasses, etc., decorations (if required).

  • Please be aware that we do not have an oven for food prep purposes. We have a small fridge for drinks if required.

  • Host families can arrive 20 minutes prior to party start time to set up. This includes dropping off any food or arranging any decorations.

  • All guests are expected to depart once party ends. Host family is allotted 15-20 minutes to gather belongings before departing. We will take care of all rubbish clean up.

  • Parents of the birthday child are most welcome to stay for the duration of the craft activity and we request they be present during food and cake time to serve guests.

  • Parents of party guests are kindly asked to please promptly drop their child off. We find groups of gathered parents delay the commencement of activities and disrupt fun creative time. There is a wonderful cafe a few doors up should parents wish to socialise. We thank you for your understanding with this.
